Ingredients

  • 0.5 lb Rice Sticks
  • 0.5 lb Shrimp
  • 6 oz Pork
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Medium Shallot
  • 1.5 Tsp Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Fish Sauce
  • 0.5 Tsp Pepper
  • 0.5 Tsp Sugar
  • 7 oz Crab
  • 6 Cup Water
  • 2 Tbsp Cilantro


Directions

Cook noodles according to package directions. In food processor, mash shrimp slightly, the add pork and blend together. Transfer to a large bowl and add garlic, shallots, salt, fish sauce, black pepper and sugar. Add crab and mix well. Form into 36 balls. In large pot bring the water to a boil and drop meatballs in. Boil for 10 minutes. Fill individual bowls with noodles add 6 meatballs and enough broth to fill bowl. Serve.
