Ingredients

  • 0.75 lb potatoes
  • 4 Cup Broth
  • 1 Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Caraway Seed
  • 1 Medium Bay Leaf
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 8 oz Mushrooms
  • 0.25 Cup Flour
  • 2 Cup Sour Cream
  • 4 Medium Eggs
  • 1 Dill
  • 0.33 Cup White Vinegar
  • 1 Salt


Directions

Saute Onions In Butter For 30 Minute On Low Heat Until Golden Brown And Carmelized. Add Broth And Bring To A Boil, Reduce Heat And Simmer For 1 Hour. Combine Cream And Egg. Stir Into The Soup And Simmer For 5 Minutes. Do Not Allow It To Boil. Cook Pasta As Directed. Serve Soup Over Cooked Pasta. Sprinkle With Cheese.
