Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb Venison
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper
  • 8 Small Potato
  • 3 Celery
  • 3 Medium Carrot
  • 2 Medium Bay Leaf
  • 1 Cup Mushroom
  • 0.5 Tsp Sage
  • 0.5 Tsp Parsley
  • 0.25 Tsp Hot Sauce
  • 2 Cup Beef Stock
  • 8 oz Salsa


Directions

Heat oil and saute venison until light brown on all sides. Add garlic, onions and potatoes. Saute until onions are well browned. Add remaining ingredients and stir well. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
