saute onion, pepper and chorizo in oil for 10 minutes; add peas, and 1/2 cup of water and simmer for 10 minutes; In another pot, pour in broth and vinegar; slide each egg in to simmering water, poach for 3 minutes; remove from broth; season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with parsely, place peas in bowl and top with poached egg.
