  • 0.25 Cup Onion
  • 1 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Tbsp Butter Or Margarine
  • 1.5 Cup Water
  • 0.75 Cup Chicken Broth
  • 0.5 Tsp Dill Weed
  • 0.5 Tsp Lemon Pepper Seasoni
  • 0.5 Tsp Parsley Flakes
  • 0.5 Tsp Tarragon
  • 4 Salmon
  • 0.5 Cup Zucchini
  • 0.25 Cup Mayonnaise
  • 0.25 Cup Plain Yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp Green Onions


Directions

1.In A Large Skillet, Saute Onion And Garlic In Butter. Add The Water, Broth And Seasonings. Add Salmon; Bring To A Boil. Reduce Heat; Cover And Simmer For 20-25 Minutes Or Until Fish Flakes Easily With A Fork. 2.Meanwhile, In A Small Bowl, Combine Sauce Ingredients. Serve With The Salmon.
