  • 1 Tbsp Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Pepper
  • 1 Shallot
  • 0.33 Cup White Wine
  • 1 Cup Cream
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 0.25 Tsp Thyme
  • 1 Tbsp Parsley
  • 2 Tsp Green Peppercorns


Directions

Melt Butter In Omelet Pan With Half The Mint. Add Eggs And Cook Until Done. Sprinkle Cheese Over The Eggs And Allow Cheese To Melt Just Slightly. Fold Egg Over To Make Omelet And Place On Plate. Sprinkle With Remaining Mint.
