  • 2 Large Salmon
  • 1 Medium Seville Orange
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Tomato Puree
  • 1 Black Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Cilantro
  • 2 Slice Orange


Directions

Saute Onion, Mushrooms, Peppers, Salt And Pepper. Saute For 10 Minutes. Add Tomatoes And Simmer For 5 Minutes. Beat Eggs And Pour Over. Allow To Cook Until Eggs Are Set. Serve With Sourdough Bread.
