Ingredients

  • 1 Chickpeas
  • 1 Cup Bulgur
  • 2 Medium Onion
  • 4 Cloves Garlic
  • 0.25 Cup Cilantro
  • 1 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 Tsp Baking Soda
  • 0.5 Tsp Cumin
  • 0.5 Tsp Allspice
  • 1 Pinch Cayenne
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1 Oil


Directions

Place all ingredients but flour and oil in food processor. Blend until throughly ground. Transfer to mixing bowl. Add flour and mix well. Form into walnut sized balls then flatten into patties about 1/4 inch thick. Heat oil in frying pan, fry patties until they turn a golden brown on both sides about 10 minutes per side. Drain and eat like hamburgers
