Ingredients

  • 14 oz Coconut Milk
  • 3 Tbsp Curry Paste
  • 1 Medium Bell Pepper
  • 3 Tbsp Fish Sauce
  • 1 Tsp Brown Sugar
  • 0.25 Cup Basil
  • 0.25 Small Onion
  • 12 oz Vegetable
  • 1 Cup Rice


Directions

Saute onion, pepper and vegetables you choose. Add coconut milk and curry paste simmer for 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except rice, simmer 10 minutes. Serve over steamed rice.
