Ingredients

  • 0.25 Cup Olive Oil
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 1 Medium Winter Squash
  • 1 Medium Cabbage
  • 0.5 Pound Navy Beans
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Quart Chicken Stock
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper


Directions

Heat olive oil and saute onion until well browned. Add squash, cabbage, beans and garlic. Saute for 1 minute. Add stock, salt and pepper. Lover heat and cook until the beans are tender about 1 hour. Serve.
