Ingredients

  • 8 oz Pansit
  • 0.25 Cup Peanut Oil
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 0.5 lb Pork
  • 3 Medium Lopchong
  • 1 Large Yellow Onion
  • 1 Cup Napa Cabbage
  • 2 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1.5 Cup Chicken Stock
  • 2 Tbsp Fish Sauce
  • 1 Large Leek
  • 1 Tbsp Annatto Oil
  • 1 Cilantro


Directions

Combine All Ingredients In Glass Bowl And Marinate For 2 Days. Remove Bay Leaf And Transfer To Dutch Oven. Bring To A Boil, Reduce Heat, Simmer For 40 Minutes. Serve.
