Ingredients

  • 1 Large Fennel Bulbs
  • 1 Olive Oil
  • 1 Cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 Cup Yogurt
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper
  • 0.5 Cup Milk
  • 1 Large Red Bell Pepper
  • 6 Cloves Garlic
  • 0.5 Cup Water


Directions

Thicken Yogurt By Placing It In A Cheese Clothed Lined Sieve And Allow To Stand Overnight In The Refrigerator. Next Day, Combine Wine, Oil, Garlic, Oregano, Salt And Pepper. Pour Wine Marinade Over Beef Strips And Let Stand For 1 Hour. Drain And Cook In Hot Butter. Serve Beef Stuffed Into A Pita, Topped With Lettuce, Tomato And Cucumber.
