  • 1.5 lb Shrimp
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Large Egg White
  • 2.5 Tbsp Tapioca Flour
  • 2 Tsp Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Oyster Sauce
  • 1 Pepper
  • 2 Large Scallions
  • 70 Roll Egg


Directions

Saute Flour In Oil Until Light Brown. Add Tomatoes And Peppers. Saute For 5 Minutes. Add Onion And Saute For 10 Minutes. Add Stock And Simmer For 20 Minutes. Add Rice And Simmer For 15 Minutes. Beat Egg And Yogurt Together. Remove Soup From Heat And Stir In Egg/Yogurt Mixture. Serve.
