Ingredients

  • 2 Medium Bell Pepper
  • 6 Medium Tomato
  • 2 Small Onion
  • 0.5 Pound Beef
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 oz Butter
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper
  • 0.5 Tsp Caraway
  • 2 Medium Egg


Directions

Saute pepper, tomato and onion in butter until golden brown. Add beaten eggs slowly. Stir constantly. Add meat and cook and stir for 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve with rice or bread.
