  • 1 Cup Lima Beans
  • 1 Cup Red Beans
  • 2 Quarts Chicken Stock
  • 1 Medium Bay Leaf
  • 1 Tsp Basil
  • 1 Tsp Sage
  • 1 Tsp Oregano
  • 0.25 Cup Barley
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Pepper
  • 1 Large Onion
  • 2 Medium Carrot
  • 2 Celery
  • 0.5 lb Green Beans
  • 1 Tomatoes
  • 1 Cup Red Wine
  • 1 Tomato Paste
  • 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • 1 Tbsp Hot Sauce
  • 4 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar


Directions

Brown The Meat And Mushrooms In Oil. Mix In The Broth And Nutmeg. Simmer 30 Minutes. Beat The Egg Yolks And Cream In A Small Bowl. Slowly Stir Into The Meat Mixture. Mix The Butter And Flour In Small Bowl Until Smooth. Add A Little At A Time, Stirring Constantly. Stir Until Sauce Is Thick. Remove From Heat. Serve Over The Noodles And Garnish With Lemon Wedges.
