Wash The Beans, Place In Water, And Soak Them Overnight. Drain Them, Then Place In A Pot Of Fresh Cold Salted Water; Cook For 45 Min.; Drain. Meanwhile, Place Oil, Garlic, And Onions In A Baking Pan And Bake In Preheated 350 F. Oven Until Golden. Add Beans, Celery, Parsley, Salt & Pepper, And Hot Water. Bake 30 Min. Longer. Remove From Oven, Stir The Beans, Pour In Tomatoes (Or Diluted Tomato Paste). Return To Oven And Bake Until Only The Oil Remains.
