Add Chicken, Masa Harina, Salt, Hot Sauce, And Oregano. Mix Well And Refrigerate For 2 Hours. Roll Meat Into Walnut Sized Shapes. Saute In Oil In Batches Until Well Browned. Serve With Tortillas And Salsa.
