  • 1 Whole Chicken
  • 1 Cup Rice
  • 0.5 Cup Oil
  • 0.25 Cup Tomato Sauce
  • 0.12 Tsp Saffron
  • 1 Yellow Onion
  • 2.5 Cup Chicken Stock
  • 1 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Pepper
  • 1 Salt


Directions

Heat The Oil In A Medium Sized Skillet. Add The Rice And Onion And Cook, Stirring Over Very Low Heat Until The Rice Makes A Swishing Sound -- About 20 Minutes. Stir In The Toator And Salt. Add Two Cups Boiling Wter. Bring The Rice To A Boil, Lower Heat, Cover And Cook For 25 Minutes.
