  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Large Tomato
  • 1 Small Onion
  • 1 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Cup Rice
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper
  • 1 lb Shrimp
  • 1 Habenero Pepper


Directions

Heat oil in skillet over medium heat. Add tomato, onion, garlic and cook stirring until the onion is translucent. Add rice and shrimp. Stir well. Season with salt, pepper and habenero. Cook until heated through. Serve.
