  • 1 Slice Tempeh
  • 0.25 Cup Sauerkraut
  • 1 Slice Swiss Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp Island Salad
  • 2 Slice Rye Bread
  • 0.5 Tbsp Butter


Directions

Saute Onion And Bacon In Oil For 3 Minutes. Add Garlic, Jalapeno, Cumin Salt And Pepper. Saute For 4 Minutes. Add Broth And Chickpeas. Simmer For 5 Minutes. Pour Chickpea Mixture Into A Pie Crust. Pour Beaten Eggs Over And Bake At 375 Degrees For 25 Minutes Or Until The Eggs Set And Turns Golden Brown. Serve.
