Scallion Pancake (Pa Jon)

Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1.5 Cup Cold Water
  • 3 oz Ground Beef
  • 4 Large Scallion
  • 1 Small Bell Pepper
  • 1 Oil


Directions

Mix together flour, salt, water and beef. Add scallions and peppers and mix thoroughly, but gently. Heat an inch skillet. Add the oil and warm up over moderate heat. Add half the batter mixture, fry on each side for 4 minutes. Remove from heat, cut into 8 wedges and keep warm repeat with rest of batter and serve.
