  • 4.5 Cup Day Old Bread
  • 2 Cup Cheddar Cheese
  • 10 Eggs
  • 4 Cup Milk
  • 1 Tsp Mustard
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 0.25 Tsp Onion powder
  • 1 Ground pepper
  • 0.5 Cup Mushrooms
  • 0.5 Cup Tomatoes


Directions

1 Heat Olive Oil In A Large Frying Pan On Medium High Heat. Add The Onions And Brown Them For A Minute Or Two. Add The Chopped Tomatoes And Let Them Cook For A Few Minutes On Medium High Until They Are Somewhat Cooked And Mushy And Some Of The Moisture Has Evaporated. It'S Okay If The Tomatoes Brown A Bit. Add The Oregano. Add The Jalape
