Ingredients

  • 2 lb Potato
  • 4 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper


Directions

Heat half the oil and butter in a pan. Season potatoes with salt and pepper. Form into a pancake shape. Saute potatoes in pan on 1 side for 20 minutes or until a deep golden brown. Remove from pan, add remaining oil and butter, flip over potatoes and repeat until the other side is a similar color.
