  • 1.5 lb Mushrooms
  • 4 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 lb Rabbit
  • 3 Large Shallots
  • 1 Cup White Wine
  • 2 Cup Mushroom Soaking Wat
  • 3 Cup Chicken Stock
  • 1 Tbsp Thyme
  • 1 Large Parsnip
  • 1 Salt
  • 2 Tbsp Parsley


Directions

1 Soak The Dried Porcini Mushrooms In 2 Cups Hot Water. 2 Cut The Rabbit Into Serving Pieces And Salt Well. Let Sit At Room Temperature For 30 Minutes. Use All Of The Rabbit In This Dish
