Saute mushromoms in oil 7 minutes. Add lemon juice, remove and set aside. In the oil and lemon juice mixture, saute onion and bell pepper 8 minutes. Add tomatoes, garlic, spices, cook 4 minutes. Add flour then wine, stir add alt and pepper. Reduce heat, cover simmer 15 inutes.Add mushrooms cover and simmer 10 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley, parmesan and serve.
