Moldavian Fish And Red Pepper

Ingredients

  • 2 lb Fish Fillet
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper
  • 6 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Lemon Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tsp Chive
  • 1 Small Bell Pepper
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 2 Small Leek
  • 8 Large Mushroom
  • 5 Large Tomato
  • 1 Cup Wine
  • 0.25 Cup Parsley
  • 2 Tbsp Dill
  • 0.5 Tbsp Pepper
  • 1 Cup Feta Cheese


Directions

Rub fish with salt and pepper. Place in large baking dish. Combine 3 tabs olive oil, lemon juice and chives, pour over fish and marinate 30 minutes. Place bell pepper and garlic in food processor process to paste, set aside. Heat remaining oil in skillet, saute leeks and mushrooms 15 minutes. Add tomatoes, wine and paste, satue 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 375. Top fish with mixture. Sprinkle with parsley, dill and red pepper flakes, bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle with feta, return to oven another 10 minutes.
