Combine meat with soy sauce, sugar, green onion, garlic, sesame seeds, salt and sesame oil. Mix well. Dissolve cornstarch in 1 tablespoon water and set aside. Put meat mixture in hot frying pan and cook for 1 minute. Add mushrooms, onion, and carrot and 1/2 Cup water. Bring to a boil then add cornstarch mixture. Boil again and allow liquid to evaporate. Serve over rice, garnished with egg slices.
