Ingredients

  • 1 Large Onion
  • 1 lb Lentils
  • 1 Medium Bay Leaf
  • 8 Cup Chicken Stock
  • 0.5 Tsp Clove
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Thyme
  • 2 Tsp Butter
  • 2 Tsp Mint
  • 1 Pepper
  • 1 Salt


Directions

Sift Flour, Baking Powder, Salt And Spices Together. Work The Butter Until Creamy. Add Sugar Gradually. Beat Eggs Into Sugar Mixture And Beat Until Light And Fluffy. Stir In The Dry Ingredients And Milk. Add Vanilla And Fold In The Fruit. Pour Batter Into Greased Loaf Pan And Bake In 350 Degree Oven For 1 Hour.
