Ingredients

  • 5 Cup Beef Broth
  • 2 Cup Sauerkraut
  • 0.5 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper
  • 6 Potatoe


Directions

Bring broth and sauerkraut to a boil. Simmer for 20 minutes. Add sour cream and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Add potatoes and bring to a serving temperature. Serve.
