Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef
  • 6 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Large Onion
  • 1 Tbsp Tomato Paste
  • 2 Medium Egg
  • 1 Tbsp Cumin
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper
  • 0.5 Cup Oil
  • 10 Medium Tomato
  • 4 oz Yogurt
  • 4 Chilly


Directions

Combine kofta ingredients in large bowl. Mix thoroughly with hands and form into ping-pong sized balls.Fry balls in oil in batches set aside on paper towelling until all are done.Combine sauce ingredients, place in saucepan.Add meatballs to sauce, simmer 15 minutes.Serve over rice or couscous.
