  • 2.5 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 jalapeno peppers
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 0.5 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 0.5 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 0.5 Tsp Paprika
  • 0.5 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Baby Spinach Leaf
  • 1 Tomato
  • 2.5 Cup Penne Pasta
  • 0.33 Cup Margarine
  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 4 tilapia
  • 0.33 Cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 0.25 Cup Heavy Cream
  • 2.5 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 jalapeno peppers
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 0.5 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 0.5 Tsp Cayenne Pepper
  • 0.5 Tsp Paprika
  • 0.5 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Baby Spinach Leaf
  • 1 Tomato


Directions

Cook The Chicken And Garlic In A 10-Inch Nonstick Skillet Over Medium-High Heat Until It'S Well Browned, Stirring Often. Remove The Chicken From The Skillet. Add The Stock, Tomatoes, Italian Seasoning And Rice To The Skillet And Heat To A Boil. Reduce The Heat To Low. Cover And Cook For 15 Minutes. Stir In The Cheese. Return The Chicken To The Skillet. Cover And Cook For 5 Minutes Or Until The Chicken Is Cooked Through And The Rice Is Tender.
