Ingredients

  • 7 Cup Chicken Stock
  • 4 oz Porcini Mushroom
  • 0.5 Cup Barley
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 1 Large Onion
  • 2 Celery
  • 2 Medium Carrot
  • 1 Medium Parsnip
  • 3 Tsp Soy sauce
  • 8 oz Mushroom
  • 1 Cup White Wine
  • 1 Tomato Paste
  • 1 Tbsp Dill
  • 2 Medium Bay Leaf
  • 0.5 Tsp Basil
  • 0.5 Tsp Thyme
  • 0.5 Tsp Oregano
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper


Directions

Saute onion in butter for 5 minutes. Add celery, carrots, and parsnip. Cook for 3 minutes. Add soy sauce and simmer for 2 minutes. Add all remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes. Serve.
