Ingredients

  • 4 Medium Potato
  • 0.5 Tsp Ginger
  • 1 Medium Jalapeno
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 0.25 Tsp Fenugreek
  • 0.25 Tsp Kalonji
  • 0.25 Tsp Fennel
  • 0.25 Tsp Cumin
  • 0.25 Tsp Mustard
  • 4 Medium Tomato
  • 1 Salt
  • 0.5 Tsp Turmeric
  • 0.5 Cup Water
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar


Directions

Saute fenugreek, kalonji, fennel, cumin and mustard seeds in oil for 1 minute. Add ginger, potatoes, jalapeno tomatoes, salt, turmeric and water. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes. Add sugar and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve over rice.
