Devilled Eggs Artusi

Ingredients

  • 6 Large Egg
  • 2 Large Porcini Mushroom
  • 2 Tbsp Butter
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh Bread Crumb
  • 3 Tbsp Parmigiano Reggiano
  • 1 Parsley
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper


Directions

Hard boil the eggs, which takes about 20 minutes of boiling. Put a little vinegar in the water so they shells won't crack. Cool eggs, peel and slice lengthwise, pop out yolks into a bowl. Add remaining ingredients, stirring to make a fine paste. Stuff them back into the white (t tablespoon per egg). Reheat them if desired in oven.(broil 3 minutes).
