In a saucepan, saute the chicken pieces in oil until goldnen brown. Remove chicken and set aside. In the same pan, stir fry the onions and garlic until they begin to brown. Add the chicken and remaining ingredients, except lemon and olives. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Add olives and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve with rice and garnished with lemon slices.
