Saute bacon in a large skillet. Remove bacon and reserve. Drain off all but 2 tablespoons of oil. Add onion to skillet and saute over medium heat until nicely browned almost 15 minutes. Turn the heat to medium high, add sauerkraut and saute until soft about 10 minutes. Stir in tomato paste, sugar, and broth. Reduce heat to low, cover, simmer 20 minutes. Remove from heat and cool to room temp. Stir in bacon and make into ravioli using the dough.
