  • 0.5 Cup Soy sauce
  • 0.5 Cup Mirin
  • 2 Tbsp Ginger
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Dash Red Chili Pepper Fla
  • 0.25 Cup White Sugar
  • 1.5 lb Salmon Fillets
  • 1 Olive Oil


Directions

1 Put Avocado Pieces And Lime Juice Into A Food Processor Or Blender And Pulse Until Blended. Slowly Add Olive Oil, Pulsing, Until You Reach Desired Consistency Of Sauce. Add Minced Shallots (Or Green Onions) And Parsley, Pulse Just Until Combined. Remove To A Bowl, Add Mustard, Salt And Pepper To Taste. 2 Coat The Bottom Of A Saut
