Heat ghee in skillet, saute onion and garlic until well browned. Add cinnamon, cumin, turmeric, coriander, chili powder and black pepper. Saute for 2 minutes. Add tomato paste and honey. Cook 1 minute. Add spinach and salt. Saute for 1 minute. Add prawns and cook until pink in color. Add garam masala and cook for 2 minutes. Serve over rice.
