Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1 lb Pork
  • 2 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 0.12 Tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 Peas
  • 1 Cup Green Onions
  • 2 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • 1 Cup Beef Broth
  • 1 Cup Rice


Directions

1.In A 2-Qt. Microwave-Safe Dish, Heat Oil At 70% Power For 2 Minutes. Add The Pork, Soy Sauce And Garlic Powder; Toss To Coat. Cover And Microwave On High For 7-8 Minutes Or Until Meat Is No Longer Pink. 2.Stir In Peas And Onions. Cover And Microwave At 70% Power For 3 Minutes. Combine Cornstarch And Broth Until Smooth; Stir Into Pork Mixture. Cover And Microwave On High For 2 Minutes; Stir. Cover And Microwave 4-5 Minutes Longer Or Until Thickened, Stirring Every Minute. Serve With Rice If Desired.
