Ingredients

  • 1 lb Lamb
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 1.5 Cup Mung Beans
  • 2 Medium Turnip
  • 2 Large Carrot
  • 1 Cup Cabbage
  • 1.75 Cup Rice
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Cumin
  • 1 Tsp Paprika
  • 9 Cup Beef Broth


Directions

Saute lamb and onion in oil for 5 minutes. Add mung beans, turnips, carrots, cabbage, rice, cumin, paprika, salt and pepper. Stir well. Add broth and simmer for 1 hour.
