  • 3 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 Tbsp White Balsamic Vineg
  • 4 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive O
  • 0.25 Cup Basil Leaves
  • 0.25 Cup Parsley Leaves
  • 0.25 Tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pinch Red Pepper Flakes
  • 5 oz cheese tortellini
  • 3 Cup Chicken
  • 0.25 Cup Parmigiano Reggiano
  • 6 Cup Greens


Directions

Combine The First 8 Ingredients In A Mixing Bowl. Add Tortellini, Chicken And Parmigiano Reggiano And Toss To Combine. Season With Salt And Pepper To Taste. Divide Salad Greens Among Four Plates. Spoon 1 Cup Of The Chicken Mixture Over The Greens. Drizzle With Desired Amount Of Balsamic Vinegar Reduction.
