  • 1 Small Green Cabbage
  • 3 Medium Tomatoes
  • 1 Cup Coconut
  • 0.5 Cup Almond Flour
  • 1 Large Date
  • 1 Lemon Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 0.5 Tsp Ground Brown Mustard
  • 0.5 Tsp Ground Cumin Seed
  • 0.25 Tsp Turmeric
  • 1 Tbsp Jalepeno
  • 1 sea salt


Directions

1.Heat A Heavy Bottomed Soup Pot Over Medium-High Heat. 2.When Pan Is Hot, Add Bacon Grease And Onion. Brown Slightly (About 2-3 Minutes). 3.Add Stew Meat And Brown (About 5 Minutes), Stirring Occasionally. 4.Turn Heat Down To Medium-Low, And Add All Other Ingredients. 5.Simmer For 35-45 Minutes, Or Until Beef Is Tender.
