Ingredients

  • 1.5 Cup Lentils
  • 1 Medium Carrot
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Celery
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 Medium Bay Leaf
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 0.5 Tsp Salt
  • 0.5 Tsp Oregano
  • 1 Cubes Beef Bouillon
  • 0.5 Cup Tomato Sauce
  • 3 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar


Directions

Bring Lentils, Stock, Celery, Bay Leaf And Oregano To A Boil. Cover And Simmer For 30 Minutes. Remove And Discard Bay Leaf. In A Frying Pan, Saute Onions And Garlic In Oil For 5 Minutes. Add Salt, Pepper, Parsley And Tomatoes. Simmer For 5 Minutes. Add Onion Mixture To The Lentils. Simmer For 5 Minutes. Add Greens And Simmer For 10 Minutes. Add Vinegar And Tabasco And Serve.
