  • 0.25 Cup Butter
  • 1 Large Onion
  • 2 Celery
  • 2 Large Carrot
  • 2 Quarts Chicken Stock
  • 1 Medium Zucchini
  • 1 Small Cauliflower
  • 1 Medium Potato
  • 1 Cup Green Beans
  • 1 Tomatoes
  • 1 Cup Barley
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Oregano
  • 0.5 Tsp Pepper
  • 1 Medium Bay Leaf
  • 0.5 Tsp Clove
  • 3 Tbsp Parsley
  • 1 Dill


Directions

Mix Together Sauerkraut And Cooked Noodles. In Another Bowl, Mix Beef, Bread Crumbs, Milk, Salt, Sugar And Pepper. Form Into 20 Meatballs. Saute Meatballs In Oil Until Well Browned. Add Tomatoes And Simmer For 10 Minutes. Place Half The Noodle Mixture Into A Baking Pan. Add Half The Meatballs, The Remaining Noodle Mixture And Top With The Rest Of The Meatballs. Pour In Any Remaining Sauce. Bake For 1 Hour At 350 Degrees. Serve.
