Ingredients

  • 2.25 Tsp Dry Yeast
  • 2.25 Cup Bread Flour
  • 1.25 Cup Chickpea Flour
  • 0.75 Tsp Salt
  • 0.25 Tsp Pepper
  • 0.75 Cup Onion
  • 1.5 Cloves Garlic
  • 3 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 0.33 Cup Olive
  • 0.75 Cup Water


Directions

disolve yeast in milk in large bowl. stir in remaining ingredients except all bread flour. add enough all bread flour to make dough easy to handle. turn dough onto lightly floured surface and knead 5 to 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. place in greased bowl. turn greased side up and cover. let rise 1 hour or until double size. grease 2 loaf pans. punch down dough and divide in half. shape into 2 eight inch loaves and place in pans. let rise 40-45 minutes in loaf pans. heat oven to 375. cut lengthwise slash in each loaf. bake 35-40 minutes until golden brown. and sound hollow when tapped. remove from pan and let cool on rack. Store in plastic bag at room temp.
