Ingredients

  • 0.5 lb Beef
  • 2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Tsp Cumin
  • 2 Small Aji Chiles
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 Slice Bread
  • 1 Pepper
  • 2 Slice Monterey Jack Cheese
  • 1 Salt


Directions

Heat Oil In Pan And Saute Pork Until Well Browned. Add Onion, Garlic, Tomato And Bell Pepper. Fry For 10 Minutes. Add Bay Leaves, Cilantro, Cumin, Paprika, Cayenne, Pepper, Sugar And Oregano. Saute For 2 Minutes. Add Beans And Liquid. Mix Well. Simmer For 1 Hour On Low. You May Either Puree The Mixture At This Point Or Just Serve It With Rice Or Tortillas, Garnished With Sour Cream.
