Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place fish in lightly oiled baking pan. Brush tops of fish with peanut oil. Drizzle with soy sauce and scatter ginger over the top. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes. Meanwhile steam the aparagus. Make a bed of asparagus on a plate and place fish on top. Drizzle with sesame oil. Top with the pickled ginger. Serve.
