  • 0.33 Cup Onion
  • 2 Egg Whites
  • 0.25 Cup Milk
  • 2 Tsp Mustard
  • 0.5 Tsp Salt
  • 0.75 Cup Graham Cracker
  • 0.75 lb Ground Beef
  • 0.75 lb Ground Turkey
  • 1 Tbsp Barbecue Sauce
  • 0.5 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 3 Tbsp Cornstarch
  • 0.5 Cup Cider Vinegar
  • 0.5 Cup Ketchup
  • 0.5 Cup Molasses
  • 0.25 Cup Orange Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 0.25 Tsp Hot Pepper Sauce
  • 6 Cup Noodles


Directions

Melt Butter In A Small Skillet Over Medium-High Heat. Saute The Onion In Butter Until Soft. Mash Up The Slice Of Luncheon Meat With A Fork, And Add It To The Skillet. Cook For 2 Or 3 Minutes, Until Browned. Pour The Egg Into The Skillet So That It Covers All Of The Meat And Onion. Cook Until Firm, Then Flip To Brown The Other Side. Place The Egg And Meat Onto One Slice Of The Bread And Top With Cheese And Tomato If Desired. Place The Other Piece Of Bread On Top. Bread Can Also Be Toasted First.
