Ingredients

  • 3 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Large Salt
  • 4 Threads Saffron
  • 4 Tbsp Pine Nuts
  • 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 Lemon Lemon Juice
  • 0.25 Cup Olive Oil
  • 8 oz potatoes
  • 3 Medium Carrots
  • 4 oz Green Beans
  • 3 Large Artichoke Hearts
  • 0.66 Cup Chickpeas


Directions

Combine Stock And Wine, Bring To A Boil. Saute Onion In Butter For 5 Minutes. Add Carrot And Celery And Saute For 10 Minutes. Sprinkle Vegetables With Flour And Saute For 2 Minutes. Add Onion Mixture To The Soup. Simmer For 20 Minutes. Add Peas, Rice, And Both Types Of Olives. Heat Through. Add Salt, Pepper And Parsley. Serve.
