Ingredients

  • 1 lb Potato
  • 1.5 Large Onion
  • 1 Salt
  • 1 Pepper
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 7.5 oz Chickpea
  • 1.5 Cloves Garlic
  • 1 Large Tomato
  • 1.25 Tbsp Tomato Paste


Directions

Saute onions chickpeas and garlic utnil garlic turns brown. Add sliced potatoes. Cook until they start to brown. Add tomatoes, salt & pepper, paste and enough water to cover. Boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer 30 minutes. May be served warm or cold.
